• Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Products damaged due to misuse cannot be returned.
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed after inspection of the returned item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
